Q. What brands do you carry?
You will see we have a lot of brands that you may have found are difficult to come by. Some of the lines you may love and are looking for are ; Steve Madden, Carlos By Carlos Santana, Jessica Simpson, Chinese Laundry, Nana, NYLA, Nine West, Two Lips, Luichiny, and many more. We also carry a large selection of fashionable handbags!!
Q. What kinds of styles of shoes do you carry?
Every style that you see includes but is not limited to, pumps, peep-toes, boots, flats, wedges, kitten heels, etc. If you're interested in a style that we don't carry simply contact a Heel Representative and make a suggestion. We're always trying to expand our styles, so all suggestions are welcome.
Q. What is the price range of your shoes?
Our price range is constantly changing with our always-changing inventory. Our designer shoe prices beat department store and Internet pricing. Currently our price range is $19.99 to $89.99.
***Please also note that when you attend our shoe parties there will always be special discounts for the hostess and guests that make shopping for shoes a fun experience.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Q. How long does a shoe party last?
Suggested time is one and a half to two hours depending on how many people attend. Every party can be adjusted to fit your schedule.
Q. What is your return policy?
Due to the credit awarded to the hostess all sales are final.
Q. I don't have enough room for a party can I host one at my office?
Absolutely! Since Heel is a traveling boutique we can setup shop anywhere, whether it's a home, an apartment clubhouse or a business office. You tell us where you'd like to host a party and we'll figure out the schematics.
Q. How many guests must attend my party?
We ask that our hostess' confirm at least 12 guests for their party. Less than 12 may result in rescheduling.
Q. I'm unable to attend a party. Can I purchase your shoes online?
We are currently working on our online store, so you can purchase our great shoes and handbags without attending a party. Please check back in the future for online shoe parties.
